I believe regardless of whether or not she was playing this is an ideal opportunity for her to be exposed and acknowledge the concept of death and life.
Haven't you ever played or saw something dead and you wanted to understand why it was dead when you were a kid that's all she was doing. If her parents were to freak out about it would force her to fear something that is as natural as breathing

How adorable!!!! You are all weak.. Im sure the parents understood and gave her a proper cleaning. This is one of those moments in life that should have been filmed because of the craziness!! And im quite sure you have all done something even slightly similar...
