Lady of the Dee; Documentary. Year 12 Media SAT 2011

For my media SAT I made a short documentary on a racehorse, Lady of the Dee, who I retrained and then later re-homed. The intention of my film is to convince viewers that even if a thoroughbred failed as a racehorse, their life still matters and nearly every one holds a lot of talent for another discipline.

I seriously watch this practically everyday! i think what your doing is amazing! You have changed my mind about racehorses. A while ago i decided that this summer i was going to get an untrained horse and train it myself. but after seeing all of your videos of dee i have decided to get an ottb! I plan on filming the things that happen when i get the horse and hopefully. I will be able to achieve what you have just done. changed someones mind about a certain "type" of horse. So thank you.

I wish you would make an hour long documentary about your horses and training methods. This is amazing and I will never get tired of seeing what a huge impact you make on all of these horses' lives! You really give them a second chance at life. :) <3

@Bhukshine I have a 3 yr old average gelding quarter horse. he's amazing when riding, but his natural behavior is dangerous. He's sensitive, spooks easily, and is dangerous to be around. He is alot like Dee started out. I would like to know how you work with horses, like your groundwork in natural horsemanship. So if you could leave advice on how you can turn a dangerous horse into something like that . that would be wonderful.
