Jackson wrote several songs which he GAVE to the Eagles for FREE. they turned those songs into hits. This is an all around good guy. Massively talented. Had many heart breaks in his life ,but never stopped being a cool guy

Few people know JB wrote several songs for the EAGLES, which he gave to them for free. Those songs became very popular and put the eagles on the map. This guy is one of the
greatest singer- song writers ever. And to think he made others rich and famous and didn't take a dime. Much respect.

Around 1978, Jackson Browne was scheduled to play at an old Tempe/Phoenix outdoor theme park just off McDowell Rd. The 9:00 pm show was delayed by weather forecasting lightening and showers. Most everyone stayed and around 11:30 pm, lightening flashing in the distant skies, Jackson Browne took the stage and played "Stay a little bit longer" as the opening song. Midnight with Lightening still flashing Jackson Browne was just getting warmed up to deliver a treasured performance.
