Hey everyone, todays talk will be about mixing in 3-d... A lot of people just mix aimlessly and don't actually think about their mixes, but if you think of it in 3D mixing, with you Pan, EQ and Reverb, and put a sound in every spectrum you will have a good mix...

  • Your videos deserve alot more views. Your super helpful.

  • @antman2x2 Thanks!!!

  • this song in the beginning sounds dope, do you have a full version of it ??

  • @JoshuaHults I actually only produced a little loops for this specifically, but I could make it a full version!!!

  • Hey can you make a video showing how to effectively use EQ? Pan and Reverb are fairly easy but I get lost when dealing with EQ (Lows, Mids, and Highs) and what to actually do with them. I appreciate the videos bro, keep em coming.

  • @pmt7d7 I will be doing a video on that... Hopefully soon!!

  • Wouldn't volume be depth?

  • this is so ironic i literally kindas just discoverd this effect today was mixing some strings into a song and added a shit ton of reverb and it pushed it to the back giving it so much more width/depth ;)

  • Mix in 3D! Finally someone is talking about this stuff (I've been having to read books on it. It will be interesting to hear some more tricks about how to widen and create more depth to your mixes from people online to see what they are doing).

    Great stuff!

  • @imamusicmogul Thanks man that be awesome, sounds a lot like the music on little big planet, i been looking for stuff like that but cant find so when i heard this i was like there it is lol

  • Thanks. Now, my suggestion would be to take a flat mix song and mix it in the manner in which you speak and compare the differences. I understand the conceptual point of your talk. Now, demonstrate it.

Thanks. again for all your help. I am learning some valuable points.

  • You aren't just a voice! Woah.

Great video as always, keep it up!
