Remember that movie Escape from New York? Suddenly it looks as if taking a city and closing it down to make it a prison where the prisoners fend for themselves doesn't look too bad...just dump them in there, keep them in there, and forget about them.

Drug addiction and depression and geriatric issues may all be medical issues... BUT each also also constitutes a crime. If you get old and can't pay, THAT'A a crime, so LIFE in prison scumbreath!!!
