Dr. Jill Biden delivers Commencement Address to MCCC Graduates

Dr. Jill Biden delivers the Commencement keynote address to Montgomery County Community College graduates on May 19 at the Valley Forge Convention Center, King of Prussia, Pa.

An educator for more than 30 years, Dr. Biden has spent the past 18 years of her career teaching English at community colleges. Since arriving at the White House, she has promoted community colleges as being uniquely positioned to graduate more Americans with the skills that businesses need to compete in the 21st century.
