Papaya came from a Hawaiian word meaning Papain. Papain means tenderizer. Papain urea is a very potent chemical debriding agent treating Stage 1V decubitus ulcers. It worked a lot of wonders for a non healing wound. Its been pulled in the market few years ago due to cardiac health risks.
