When Dick York left Bewitched, the ratings dropped 13 points. Sargent and Montgomery just did not have the same chemistry.

I loved Bewitched and Dick was one of the finest actors both warm on and off screen great tribute.

What an unheralded genius Dick York was. Truly the Jim Carrey of 1960s sitcoms. They say that reincarnation dictates that we come back as a higher life form - if we often helped other people in our previous one.
That's why I have trouble trying to imagine if York had any higher level to reach - he was already perfect.

Bewitched is currently playing on TV in Greece, and it brings me back happy memories of this series, even tho' all actors have passed away.
I am of the same age as Tabitha. Whatever happened to Erin Murphy? anyone ?
