A trip from Phoenix to LA in the summer of 2002. I had a great time training at Gold's and eating at the Firehouse and getting pierced on Venice beach. A time to remember---here is a little bit of what went on.

I was wondering.. Can i just walk in a Gold's gym for a 1 time workout session?
Might be going to visit Gold's gym Miami this summer :)
