More or less 10 yrs ago I found the REAL version used by de-phazz for their version of MAMBO CRAZE ( adios ). The song here is clearly the same but not the version : different instruments etc. De - phazz did not re-play the song but actually used the intro... I lost that version from the fifties sung by a woman ( I gave that versionto a friend of mine who even did a revamped disco version, as the first 15 seconds were instrumental and very clear ). That was the version ! please advise - guido

I don't know who first actually recorded Adios, but the exact one dePhazz sampled in their track was Xavier Cugat's version, off his LP 'Cugat party'. I believe this was a 1970's release. if I dig it out I'll post it!
