Nik Wallenda walking the high wire at Worlds of Fun Part 1 of 2 Towards the Crane

The event took place at 3PM CDT on Sunday 14 June 2009 at Worlds of Fun Amusement Park in Kansas City, MO. Recorded From the Camp Snoopy Area at Worlds of Fun in front of the Beagle Bounce. (behind me). This is a 2 part video with Part 1 having him get to the High Wire from the Detonator and walking Towards the Crane and Part 2 having him walk from the Crane back to the Detonator.

Sorry about the shakiness of the camera, I don't exactly have surgeons hands and besides the fact I was holding my breath most of the time during the stunt.

The start of the act was a tower ride lift on The West Tower (Tower 2) on the top of the Detonator Car. Soon after reaching the top he took on to the tight high wire 150 feet in the air and 500 feet across to a crane with a small platform to turn around on then he headed back towards the Detonator Tower. The crane Was stationed right next to the Timber Wolf's Transfer Track.

Get ouside more. It's called a BIRD. They are these creatures that you see flying around outside, usually from tree to tree.

btw, did anyone notice that unidentified object that flew across the left side of the screen at 9:20? anyone know what that might have been?
