The 2009 Tuscola Mountaineers won the AAC Championship and improved to 9-1-1 (finishing 7-0 in conference play) on November 6, 2009 as they defeated the Franklin Panthers on Senior Night 35-14. Ignorance is not a virtue. The score and the entire seasons of each team speak for themselves. Tuscola lost in state semi final to the 3A Champions. They ended in top 4 for season.
