Thanks for posting! I heard on this video that there are versions of the book on other lenguages? I've been trying to give this book to my mother but she doesnt speak English. If someone happens to know where I could find translated versions of Ishmael please let me know! I'm trying to teach a hundred :)

Spanish. I tried tracking down the editors from the Ishmael web page but it seems like is out of print. It is called "Ismael y la Salvacion de la Tierra"

love love love this. gratifying to hear from quinn's mouth that ishmael has exceeded his expectations. somehow makes me feel less bad about... i dunno, not changing enough minds myself. like, i get down about how seldom his message seems to be understood, it's cool to hear him jazzed about being distributed as much it has been.

If you go in from the front door, you may be accepted in, but if you try sneak in through the side subversively, you get rejected when you're caught and you are at best looked on with suspicion, at worst bring shame and dishonor. Funny how when he went straight through the front door he was accepted beyond his wildest expectations

Sorry for my cynicism, but I think that when people say we need to change ideological rather than practically is just bullshit. I cannot deny the power of positive thinking, but the idea that we need to change the hearts and minds of the common folk/ sheep within the society into radicals is complete bullshit. What we need is a thousand affinity groups or one hundred Weather Undergrounds.
