Thailand International Wax 2008 Chinese Ver.

The Candle Wax Procession is one of the famous Buddhist ceremonies, performed nationwide at the beginning of the Buddhist Lent, fall into July every year. This wonderful festival is not only Buddhist ceremony but also tourism activity that is able to promote domestic tourism. One of the outstanding events is held in Ubon Ratchathani that has received great enthusiasm for years from both Thais and Overseas to experience the wonderful creation and masterpiece that are created by local artists, people in various community as well as international artists who come to participate in this event.

In 2010, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), is going to celebrate the 50th Anniversary. In this connection, the theme of "Enjoy Journey with Amazing Wax Sculpture" is presented in the 5th International Wax Sculpture 2010 that visitors can enjoy various forms and presentations of wonderful wax sculpture.
