a non-profit orginization devoted to stoping guam from capsizing.Bags of are attached to the sides of the island will keep the island becoming to heavy on one side.

Congressman Hank Johnson ACTUALLY questioned the general at length during a congressional hearing about sending more troops to be stationed at Guam (launching point in case hostility elsewhere). This guy did his homework. He wanted to look SMART !!! He had his length and width dimensions all ready for the general. Because OBVIOUSLY this stupid general just wasnt aware that GUAM could CAPSIZE and flip upside down thus killing hundreds of thousands of civilians and troops.
