i know in this day and age it is easy to discount these techniques, but there is a good reason they have been around so long. my rule of thumb is if you think its a joke than let a skilled practitioner hit you with one and see if you still feel the same way. don't let a closed mind stop you from advancing your skill and effectiveness .
