The fastest 100 m rap-jumping was 36.25 seconds and was achieved by Steve Jones (UK) on the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, UK, on the set of Guinness World Records - Smashed, on 16 March 2009.

This record has been broken a total of three times since Steve set it in 2009 - the current record is 17.87 sec achieved by Luis Felipe de Carvalho Leal (Brazil) on the RB1 building in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 11 September 2010.

@c0Dgod101 No. The actual difficulty of this is they have to be facing the ground. So if they jumped too far they would loose balance and probably loose the rope. It could be dangerous.
