that was fantastic! im trying to play this at the moment, but getting stuck on the 2nd part after the intro, its quite tricky as i dont do much fingerpicking, would you recommend any nice acoustic stuff like nick drake?

Well I love Elliott Smith, the king of misery and also a great guitarist. Jose Gonzales's album is challenging and good for technique too. Cat Stevens is fantatic practice and not too hard to play.

How do you tune to DGDDAD?

Not sure what you mean. I don't think I've ever tuned to DGDDAD. I guess you could, but the G string would be very loose. I play Road in EADEBE with a Capo on the 2nd fret.

great touch. so far he best version i have heard. can you tell me the picking pattern? I have been searching for it such a long time.

I can send you the picking pattern I use, which includes all the variations, and there are many. Though for those with eagle ears I did make a few mistakes. If you send me your email address, I'll send on my own tab. Same goes for anyone else, and any other song
