You are right about laws being there for killing off all competition but yahoo and ms combining their web operations really would make for BETTER competition since Google is 80%+ of the search market so for in this case it would be OK.

I can't get a review unit is what I am talking about. I could go buy one tomorrow just like everyone out but VZW has been hard to deal with in getting review units of anything. :)

$200 after 2yr contract + $50 m.i.r. I'm not sure on w/o contract pricing probably around $400-500.

By the way, forgive me for being obtuse, but why were you unable to get a Blackberry Storm? And how much do those go for, by the way?
