  • keep your hands up! your face is asking for a punch

  • @ken162008 Yes he does. He knows that though. He said so. He needs to work on cleaning up his footwork, he throws too many arm punches, as you pointed out he'll need to work on changing up his punches, his chin is still too high. But I didn't feel a need to point these things out as he himself said he's still learning, he has a trainer already to teach him, and he doesn't indicate an intention to fight soon.

  • @eltiggermalo Yeah I know but if you trying to tell them what they doing wrong they will give you and tell you bs so I just would leave it alone.lol

  • @eltiggermalo Yeah I know but when you try to tell them what they doing wrong they give you this bs.lol

  • @MADMAC572 Dude Idk about that lol agree with you on some points but nooooo. lol all I have to say he need more pracitce before he steps in the ring.Trust me I have Been a coach for more than 30 year so I know.

  • @ken162008 Not always in training. One of the purposes in training is to develop muscle memory, so that combinations can be thrown without thought. Because you sometimes don't have enough time to think. This guy is clearly still developing (as he points out above), and creating muscle memory for punching is done by repetition (as it is for all physical activities). Mixing it up more is a different drill for a different purpose.

  • He looks to stiff and He throw the same cobo ever time Mix it up!

  • The coach holds those mitts too wide and too far out. The fighter crosses his feet non stop.

  • keep that chin tuck, for a good fighter will counter with a straight right, but keep up the good work

  • I noticed you ain't using your legs when you punch, other than that this was really good
