I remember seeing a feature on the Zelda CDI games in Nintendo Magazine System (I think) and thought it looked a bit cack. But then, I was used to Link to the Past and the top-down RPG style of the game so it seemed very different.
At least the music's half-decent, if unfitting.

Just a point mate, you have spelt the title wrong for the video.
I used to have these two games (could never afford the 3rd) and I thought they were quite good for the system. That said the CDi games are all quite poor. (Thats why I sold it in the end) Nice video Dan and good to see the game again cheers ;o)

Lol. I actually liked the graphics, believe it or not. The backgrounds, at least Not sure how good the graphics could be on the CD-I, though.
The music was alright, I guess.
The gameplay, however, looks pretty boring once the novelty of controlling Zelda wears off.
The story/cut-scenes were just plain weird.
The weirdest part about it all, though: why on EARTH is Link wearing lipstick?!?

@AtsumaKarin That's fair enough mate, yeah the gameplay isn't that great at all and cut scenes are just horrendous. Ahaha you're right, Link does appear to be wearing lipstick, this game just gets weirder and weirder lol! :)
