thanks. because I have one of these and all of a sudden the disc wont open, and the manual eject doesnt work so I wanted to just open the thing up like I do a computer and just take the thing apart to get the cd out.
im gonna see if this works

This was really helpful. Because of this video I was able to open up two Xboxes and swap parts to fix one of them, without being worried I was going to do it wrong and break something. Thanks~

Thanks man this video was useful , I'm trying to open mine cuz it started making a weird crackling noise when I plugged it to the wall then smoke came out lol so I think it may be the power supply, anybody have any idea what it might be?
