The beast turns by deploying a single, massive belly-mounted hydraulic foot that raises the entire machine into the air ever so slightly; then it pivots. Last I saw it in '10, it was also sporting a new 25' propane cannon that looked like a mad max 60cal mounted to the top of the head. For all of you commenting on it's "usefulness", I feel sorry for the kids you have; if you don't have kids, please do society a favor and keep it that way.
