Great performance. It's not easy at all!
This is one of my favourites pieces.
I second lababasonica's comment, this is not from Vuelvo al sur (probably a commercial mix), it's from The rough dancer and the cyclical night.

@discepolin thank you for your comment! As my first comment, it was special to me. Particularly as I recorded this piece for a friend's birthday and did not think anyone else will ever listen to it!

@Citta I love this piece and every time play it differently. This recording was not premeditated and I just played it through with the camera on a spur of a moment as an urgent birthday card for a friend. I did not think it will get more than one viewing......

Actually this song was recorded in the disc "The Rough Dancer and the Cyclical Night" This is one of the pieces in the album that has that unique flavor that makes the album a master piece along with Milonga Picaresque, Tango apasionado, and the Butcher's Dead (Which the basis comes from Jeanne y Paul). Anyhow, very good interpretation =) I love Astor's music, and this is one of my favorites...

@lababasonica this is very interesting! I did not know that! Thank you. I have come across the 10 Tangos under Vuelvo al Sur, and, must admit, when all played as a cycle, Street Tango, the sixth one there, is definitely the climax and the dramatic centre of it as well.
Thank you again for your comment!
