E A
i know that this road will end E B7
and i know that this sun will go down E A
and i know that the stars will follow too
B7 E
darlin' thats why i spend my time with you

your the one that i like to have hold me
and your the one that i like to have around
we can be quiet when we are together
and darlin' we can make a joyful sound

we can climb rocks and we can swim in the water
we can even swing through the air
and all of these things that we can do together
darlin' we can do without a care

we could fall asleep with the chirping of the birds
as they praise another given day
we'll stay wrapped up in each others arms
darlin' may it always be this way

  • Hey HerseyB what instrument are you playing? Jeff / Humble Baritonics.

  • @TheBaritoneUkulele resonator tenor guitar tuned DGBE like a baritone ukuele. Not really that much different size wise. maybe an inch and a half longer fretboard. I got it while playing with an accoustic band and my bari uke was getting drowned out.

  • Thanks for the response. Since the bari is lower it can get drowned out by high ukes and those killer banjos! Jeff
