  • I ate my first meal of recovery (oatmeal with whole milk!) and my family watched. I cried so much. After that, I slowly added my fear foods at my pace. The no pressure approach is the opposite of the Maudsley Approach *shudders*

  • @aileb Oh gosh that sounds horrible - I used to have to eat oatmeal (but thank god no whole milk) full of raisins, brown sugar, and walnuts and it was very hard.
