@Aliguar I think( and I've heard this from Prince Charles's office) she will be princess consort.
But one does not really now)

@TheBuckingham101 right with you there! Good one!

God Bless this little woman, who has always worked so hard for the commonwealth.
She has never put a foot wrong, and a scandle has never touched her.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the 2nd is my hero.

@gaathichubbi if you think those jewels were stolen from India then can you at least prove that indeed those were stolen.....but i dont think so coz you cant even spell british correctly.

Enjoyed once again, thankyou. What a treat.

How I wish her Majesty would wear her diamonds more often - rather than the straw hats! But then again, such a display would result in "bad press". What a sorry world we live in. God Save the Queen

A great Lady!

That was what conquerors did back in those days -- abscond with the jewels. Where did India get the jewels to start with? Luckily, in these enlightened days, conquest is somewhat out of style, we hope. And the taste of conquerors has moved to capturing cash dough, not jewels.

@normalil Camilla will NEVER be a successor to Elizabeth II. There is a huge different between a Queen and a Queen Consort. A Queen is THEE Monarch and a Queen Consort is married to the Monarch (a King) and has no constitutional power whatsoever. The the line of succession to Elizabeth II is currently: (1) Charles, Prince of Wales, (2) Prince William, (3) Prince Harry, (4) Edward, Duke of York and so on down the line. Camilla, just like Diana, is not in the line of succession to the Monarch.
Most of her jewelry is either stolen or a gift from some country or the other. The Britishers stole a lot from India.

If you look at the pictures in this video, you will notice Her Majesty wearing her private jewels, not STATE jewels. There are other crown jewels, in other words 'state' jewels, that has jewellery from India, South Africa and some other nations. Most famous of all, Kohinoor diamond, which was taken from the BRITISH India. There has been talk of returning them in recent years but the problem is, to whom the Queen should return Kohinoor, India or Pakistan?
