Wagner Vineyards Chancellor crop came in this year in early October. The video shows the grapes after they have gone through a hopper, and a crusher/stemmer and are now going into a 1 ton bin where yeast is added. The juice will ferment on the skins for upwards of two weeks during which they will be punched to extract color and tannis from the skins.
