@MPSecare - Since, I've never watched this movie or the Room I'd have to go with L.A. Street Fighters which is also known as Ninja Turf as the best/worst movie of all time.
It features horrible acting, a terrible plot, and terrible visuals. Most of the scenes are at night and you can't see anything because of the bad lighting. The opening line has also stuck with me.
"Give me five bucks or I'll kick your ass."
