Beth Vorhees, host of the West Virginia Public Broadcasting television program "Outlook," talks to Roger Lilly of Walker Machinery Co. and Allan Tweddle, a Charleston businessman and environmentalist, about Governor Joe Manchin's energy plan.
Lilly is the marketing manager for Walker Machinery Co., which serves the coal industry. He coined the phrase "Coal keeps the lights on," which is often used in pro-coal advertising.
Tweedle sits on Governor Manchin's Public Energy Authority.
