i think it's better than the original. There is too much going on in the original. Too many sounds and effects that kinda disguises the message of the song. This remix really comes clean, almost like a poem

It's good but I do not at all see that it is better than the original. The power of the electronics topped with that thick distorted guitar riff being dropped on your head at the refrain emphasizes the shifts in the persona's sinister benevolent and borderline-careless emotion. This version attempts to make the song friendlier and more accessible, which should not happen in the context of these particular lyrics.
