  • Yes... blind faith is the best.

  • The biggest mistake a buyer can make is to assume that any realtor, bank, finance company, or anybody else involved in the process is somehow trying to give them a fair break. If it ever happens it is a fluke, and not to be counted on. Basically, everybody is looking out for their own interests and the buyer is the ultimate source of funds for the whole foodchain.

THIS AGENT IS IN FACT 100% CORRECT. As have been in Real Estate for over 30 years now. As a Broker, private Investor, and business owner, the words of this agent ring clear and true, and hit home. Only a self employed professional can understand and appreciate words of wisdom and experience. We work very hard for clients, we have no cushy benifits, no paid holidays, no paid vacations, and are 100% reliant upon RESULTS to earn a honest living. Iintelligent individuals get it.

  • @dericxd I agree. So funny these Realtors. They should all go back to working fast foods.

  • Check out this Chick's web site. She either got a face lift or it is a very old photo

  • lol yeah don't be suspicious about the agent's motives they probably care more about their client than their commission duh! (sarcasm)

  • Hi, Go4loans.com.au encourages Australian first home buyers to get home loan options at most nominal rates as compared to any other mortgage broker.

  • This tip is absolutely wrong, it is NOT a mistake to be suspicious of an agent's motives. When buying or selling a house, if a few thousand is holding up the sale, it is generally more profitable for the agent to encourage a quick buy or a quick sell so they have more time to invest in another property.

In situations like these, there is a direct conflict of interest. Since this well known factoid escapes ERET, I cannot trust their videos as a reliable source of home buying information.

  • Not hiring an Exclusive Buyer Agent who never takes listings or represents sellers.
