I think its a modified version, but then again it might be a version made specially for Corsair, the PSU is manufactured my Seasonic.

You said the HX520 is a modified version of what Seasonic PSU? Is the only modification the branding?
-
Cant say, atm it would seem so, but NV seems to be having troubles with the drivers so it's currently unknown which performs better in crysis, bear in mind the crysis MP out now is only a BETA.

o ok thanx for the info so with Crysis its better with a 2900xt?

The HX520w can power one of those cards easy, it has 3x 18A.

Yeah I might do, and then get a 8800GT or 3870, and I'll still have a little left over! But I might just keep it as I expect the performance will be ok for the next year at least. I only play at 1280x1024. Should be a great jump from a 7600GT, which I've only just got annoyed with due to its abismal Crysis performance.

Well crysis performs fine, the card just cant handle it.

OCUK just comfirmed that they're sent this card as a replacment for a £50 Gainward 7900GT. Should be here tomorrow, soooo excited.
I have the HX620, but only so I wont have to upgrade it for a few years lol.

You're very lucky :D, big upgrade there and if you sold the 8800GTS you would get about £130-£150 for it too :).
