Silver's story

This is a true story, including the incredible behavior of the first two owners; i've developped it via microchip (the breeder microchipped the puppies); the image of the dog in the shelter is that one i received via email when i asked info on him, first to see and then adopte him.
My amstaff was leaved because he was not aggressive enough.
If this can happen, a lot of things on dangerous dogs (and dangerous idiots) can be understood, i think.

Addition: i'm sorry for the very bad quality of this video (transitions); on my PC it was well, i think it's the conversion in .flv format.

What a beautiful video. You are a true hero for adopting this sweetie. I myself adopted an 11 year old rottweiler from a shelter. She was 3 days away from being put down. Her family of 11 years no longer wanted her. I don't understand people, especially those who could hurt these dogs or want them to be mean. Thanks to my friend lovetoallanimals for sharing with me.

Maybe I am just having an emo morning, but I wept watching this. I have an all breed rescue. We have 20+ pit/pit mixes right now. All them living in runs. We let them out everyday for play time, and we love on them as much as possible. But I would give anything for each of them to have a home like Silver got. Odds are against them unfortunately. Some will, but some will live their lives here with us, and I will always feel guilty for not being able to give them enough...
