  • This is me racing my controlled 100cc ReedJet at Elkhart Lake, Wi. Road America, one of my favorite tracks. This was a practice video but we won the feature too as well as the Controlled limited and 125cc laydown. Great weekend. Mike Spear - Arkansas

  • I love this video. It takes me back to those 100cc Controlled Stock days racing at Road America, my favorite track! FYI, I won IKF's 100cc Controlled Stock Roadracing Grandnational Champion in 1981 and 1984. We were fast, but not this fast LOL!

  • @loud98chevy there's a canada cornerin road america... the fuck?

  • elkart lake?

  • At the three marker going into Canada corner many years ago I hit a deer in one of these. I was fine but the guys behind were screwed.

  • I raced these for years and was competitive at RA. This guy is good and hits the corners the way I did. Tapping the throttle does two things, one cleans out the engine so it does not load up and keeps the revs up. This racing is all about high revs and corner exit speed. This may be taken during practice with several classes because the guy he is following is not in the same class by his speed.

  • gunna get one in febuary i got a kt100 kart now

  • The trick in enduro (long tracks) is to avoid scrubbing off speed. They're geared very high compared to sprints.

  • FyJiMoJo: You forgot one more thing -

    Don't stick it ;)

(These motors are aircooled by the speed - no fans or water cooling. Even if you could otherwise, running flat out the whole lap as lean as possible, will swell the piston too much, and the motor will become an expensive sculpture. That should not happen until the finish line...)

  • wow thats awesome....so whats the average speed of one
