Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Land Drainage for the West-East Link Main Water Pipeline, connecting Merseyside and Greater Manchester.

Location: From Prescott Reservoir in Merseyside to Woodgate Hill Reservoir in Bury

Equipment: Mastenbroek 30/20, Barth K171, 360º Excavator, 4 x LD1000 Tracked Stone Carts, Mastenbroek CT12

Description: DMJ Drainage were assigned to carry out both the Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Phase of the 54km Water Pipeline that Murphy Pipeline Ltd completed on behalf of United Utilities. The Land Drainage works were completed to plan and within time and budget. Due to the scale of the project, the Land Drainage works were completed over a 3 Year period.
