    African american & Puerto Rican I had a ball, so much fun, and the food was great. I will try this recipe. We (Jamerican) eat lots of meats with rice too. I make Curry alot.

  • Congratulations on your Baby! I can tell that you'll make a great Mother. I make the pepper steak in gravy over rice often. It is one of my favorites. I enjoyed this vid/tutorial, the music, and the dancing:). I request you to do dancing tutorials:) I like the bilingual, I have been learning the language and this helps me to understand it more.
