Air Force Air National Guard enlistment

I decided to make a short documentary on what I was feeling before I took my oath and show some of the process! I enlisted on 911 into the Vermont Air national Guard. I ship out to basic on Nov. 11th 2008. I am going into Aircraft structural maintenance.
I hope other women can see this and feel like they can do it too! (especially into a mechanical field!) go and get em ladies!

@monkeysonboards 2.5 years later? I am GLAD I joined. It was a hard road to get here, but now that training is out of the way.. it was all worth it

I am with you also. They copy and paste generic answers and often dodge questions. It is very frustrating. I'd like to speak with someone that actually listens. Please message me if you know anything about contract options. 6 year, 4 year, etc. I'm non prior military.
