2008 Fall TKD Championship

This year the Tae Kwon Do Championship was held at SEFCU Arena at SUNY Albany.

Stefani competed in board breaking for the first time. Her first break is the "power" break. She chose to do a elbow strike through 5 boards. The next is a combo kick break. First she does a spin back kick with 2 boards followed immediately by a step-behind side kick with 3 boards.

In the beginning you can't hear her but she is introducing herself to the judges and explaining her breaks. Then a judge starts to set up a board stand but she waves him off because she needs holders. After the first break she has to tell each holder exactly where to stand and how to hold the boards. They cannot make those decisions for you. There is a bit of time while she sets them up and takes a few practice moves before she does her kicks.

She broke every board on her first try and took first place!
