N Scale Model Power 4-6-2 Pacific with ESU Loksound Micro Sound Decoder

Streamlined Backshop Services present a sample of the installation services available for your DCC project. This project utilizes an ESU Loksound Micro V3.5 decoder for motor control, light functions, and sound. A backup light fixture has been mounted on the rear of the tender. An 0805 SMD with 1000 ohm resistor is used for the front and rear lights. The speaker is the stock 16x25mm speaker supplied with the decoder. The base sound file is a project available from the ESU website. The project has been modified to include a custom steam whistle featuring the Pennsylvania Railroad's Banshee type steam whistle. Also be sure to compare the sound in this video to the sound car video on my channel. This is a good reference of the difference between Soundtraxx, ESU Loksound, Digitrax and MRC sound.
