i caqn do any of that with my monk...when he was lvl6 all the way to lvl 10 (current lvl)

go to Aidan in Wizards Folley and take the quest "unnatural growths". You'll get ignite arrows as a reward. You must be a ranger!

you get it from Aiden at the very bottom of regent valley. you have to be a ranger to get it. :)
