That week long wait is bullshit and he showed that in the movie and I wouldn't mind waiting that long if our country lives longer than other countries with free health care because other countries live longer than us now. You are probably some rich or wealthy dick head who has never worked a hard day in your life and I know what it's like at the bottom from experience everyday.

I only make my claim based on how universal health care has worked in other countries. The truth is it only works in an ideal world. Go explore the UK's health care system and you'll see what I mean.

You have a very twisted idea of what a health care system should be.
We basically just need to block out the insurance company's "right" to have any say in medical procedures, and somehow keep them from denying claims. If that means kicking out the private companies here, so be it. But there are plenty of ways we can make the system work, socialized system or not. Right now, what we have in this country, is a failure of a system, cruel to all involved.

Yes, we need a universal health care system where everyone waits a week after signing in just to receive treatment and women with breast cancer along with the elderly are barred from the hospitals and clinics just like in the UK.
