This was a collections call I received from Ardent Property Management. My journal of all correspondence can be found at http://fardenetmgt.wordpress.com. Know your rights and don't be another victim of their bullying.
I just moved out of fieldstone and got a huge bill. Tried to dispute it and they found no fault. then that lawyer "T.C." calls and i talked to him. I have never been more disrespected on the phone in my life. He repeated talked down on me, cut me off, and belittled me beyond belief. this man seriously needs to get looked into by the better business bureau. i understand hes a lawyer but you shouldnt be able to talk to someone like that, ESPECIALLY if we cant talk to them like that.
Do Not EVER live here. Me and my fiance did for 1 month and then moved out thank the lord but meanwhile while we thought they were taking auto payments out of our credit card but i guess not and collections sent a letter to everyone in my family that has nothing to do with the apartment telling them how much we owed. law suit?? i think so.
My advice would be to never live in any property owned by Ardent. I lived in Sawmill Crossing and a month after I moved out they sent me a bill with all kinds of ridiculous charges. Claiming they had to replace brand new carpet, clean my spotless apartment for 3 hours at $100/hr and all kinds of fictitious charges. If you search the internet you will find that everyone of their properties has reviews like this. Their rent is usually cheap but you'll pay when you move out ten fold.
I agree! I used to live at Fieldstone "Disgrace" up in Westerville. And yeah, this place was ran by a bunch of monkeys. I'm actually going thru the same crap right now. I've not had the opportunity to talk to TC and probably never will. I refuse to have a one-sided conversation with someone who knows nothing other than what's written down in front of him. Keep me posted.
