I'm a dirt biker that likes to ride in the woods, and we repair trails, we build trails, and we even have to pay to pay for a permit which the money is used to keep those trails open, whereas horses, bicyclists, and hikers and others don't have to at all. Yet they try to kick us off the trails when it is us that keeps them open.

@Antithropocentric Sounds like your idea of nature is a place where people can't go because you've decided that is what is best for them and the land. I don't think it s disrespectful, lots of 4 wheelers go out and repair and clean up trails. Get your "facts " straight before you go preaching .

Wilderness is already invaded with too many people to the point where you can barely get away from urban impacts. This "sport" is disrespectful to the landscape. The ATV crowd keeps wanting MORE land to be opened up, which makes them nature-haters in my book.
