bill dean at thurston county says "IT DONT RUN the controls on that 1948 grader are antiquated and frozen, cost of replacing motor and transmission and tires exceed value so it is SOLID WASTE and we will take it from you as garbage" THEN THEY SELL IT FOR $250/TON, NOT TAKE IT TO THE DUMP AS GARBAGE,BUT SELL RUNNING SPECIAL USE EQUIPMENT [ALLOWED BY THE CODE] AS SCRAP I CANT HAVE IT CAUSE ITS GARBAGE BUT THEY SELL IT AS NOT GARBAGE FOR CASH MONEY. THIS IS THEFT AND PERJORY!

The phase one environmental study prepared at quite some cost to me for the purpose of redeveloping AND SELLING THIS LAND 8 YEARS AGO showed "no toxic waste problems limiting residential development" I also tried to subdivide and SELL IN 1990, BUT YOUR DEAR COMMISIONERS REFUSED TO ALLOW LAWFULL PERMITS ALL THE WAY BACK THEN. They also downzoned my land to 1 home on 5 acres IN VIOLATION OF THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT ACT, AND ARE SUED FOR THAT, THIS WILL STILL TAKE YEARS TO RESOLVE.

please see "county refuses to accept lawfull application takes home papers+" and see why after twenty years of the county refusing lawfull applications to redevelop this land [ss2435 in 1990] and application refused in january 2000, we are still here. also all of hidden ridge and madera are on the north side of the same wrecking yard as I have been trying to redvelop.[400 cars on 18 acres]
