I've been singing all my life, heard sooo many songs that have touch my soul and my heart...but the first time i heard this song, i cant even describe the feeling that i felt. it felt as if i was touched by the holy ghost. its so amazing i can listen to it a million times and not get tired of it. and he shouldve won an acadamy award for that part he played in country strong. he is such a wonderful actor...even better singer. this song has changed my life, literally.

I met Garrett 4 years ago when I was still in high school. He grew up nearby, and I was in a classroom during lunch talking with a teacher. Garrett came in to say hi to the teacher, since they were close friends. This was before Garrett became famous, and I wasn't aware of who he was. We chatted for a while and he told me he was an actor. He was the most down-to-earth person I've ever met, and really is a class act. Ladies, he is a gentleman. Keep up the good work Garrett!

And again, like casting Garrett for the part: voice And acting ability along with the looks.
