Paula Gray, owner & operator of Omaha-based PJ's Cobblers & Pies, shares how she turned her entrepreneurial dream into reality. Paula began making baked goods for the masses as a fundraiser during Hurricane Katrina. Her delicious homemade baked goods, which use many local ingredients, were soon in high demand. Paula realized she could earn a living doing what she loved and learned how to own and operate a business.

Paula Gray was the guest speaker at the July 13, 2010, meeting of the Inventors, Investors and Entrepreneurs (I2E) Club at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) Kimmel Education and Research Center in Nebraska City, NE.
