  • @Alfredkickedcock

They were some of the first guys to train like they did and they did it because they loved it and they wanted to push the boundaries.

  • @zrx7769 im saying is that back then that was a crazy compared to today. they were the strongest bodybuilders of their time and they were pushing the limits of what was possible, without guys like them the sport would not be what it is today. they were the only bodybuilders back then that were training with insane amounts of weight, making their muscle mass much more dense than other builders of the time. the equipment, the steroids, and the nutrition are far from the same.

  • @bigstinkyskunk1 Lol @ wiseass (you)

  • @zrx7769 really?

  • I can see a black pixel move....was that what they were cheering for.

  • @sammy1995 Actually David Paul does photography for bodybuilders as well as music (he is good at both), whereas Peter thinks he is a prophet from God or something along those lines

  • What the heck ever happened to them? You never hear or see them associated with powerlifting/weightlifting scene anymore.

  • They claimed that they would be the first co Mr. America winners. I don't think they ever even entered a contest at all.

  • @Alfredkickedcock But then they never said they were powerlifters. Theyre entertainers. So I don't care, and I doubt they would too. The only person that seems to care is you lo..

  • @TITTYPOCO ...Coulda woulda. Point is, they never did. They were pretty strong benchers, but I never once saw them do a good squat or deadlift. And I know many guys who weigh 100 pounds less who bench as much as they did.

  • @Alfredkickedcock I hear what your saying. But lets face it, at least the barbarians got a bit of fame and didnt fade into total obscurity like most bodybuilders or powerlifters. They said themselves they hated all the falseness associated with the 'bodybuilding world' etc. I think personally if they had competed as powerlifters they would quite possibly have broken new ground.

  • I do rev grip benching and let m e tell you it wasent easy to get use to but make you strong at f-k
