Fall 2011: Direct Online Patient Bill Pay

With this release, we've made some behind-the-scenes enhancements to our online patient payment portal and our eCommerce solutions. Patient Notebook, our online patient payment portal, allows patients to receive eStatements and pay their bills online. Our eCommerce engine, previously referred to as Z Pay, is the transaction engine that processes credit cards and ACH payments within Patient Notebook. With Patient Notebook, ZirMed will first deliver an eStatement, but if the patient doesn't acknowledge receipt, we'll automatically drop the statement to paper, ensuring they receive the information.
