I just received my certificate of appreciation from Locks of Love today and I'm so happy I cut my hair. I really think this is a great organization and think more people should do it.

I was 1 out of 1,111 people who had cancer as a child at age 14. I'm 16 now, but at 14-almost 15- i bought a wig made of real hair. I'll never know who the person/people who donated the hair were, but I wish I did. They changed my life during that time. All a teenaged girl wants is to feel pretty, and thanks to those people, I did at the time. <3

@rac717 1 out of 1,111 people in the us is a child with cancer (from 0 -19 years) 1 out of 2,300 people is a girl from 0 -19 with cancer, a natural wig will last at least one year, something like 3 out of 10 people donate their hair to this scam company so that means they are donating their hair to some non-existent 765 girls from 0-19 girls with cancer, then, where do you think hair goes? of course they sell ALL THE hair to make the extension you can find at any store LOL! =)
